I don’t have access to the Internet.

How to turn Mobile Data on

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

2. Tap Mobile Date .

3. Try to log into your BFantastic account.

If you can’t connect to Mobile Data, please follow the steps below to connect to a WiFi network.

How to turn Wi-Fi on:

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

2. Go to Settings .

3. Tap Connections

4. Tap the Wi-Fi toggle switch to enable Wi-Fi connection.

5. Choose an available network, wait until connected.

After you join the network, you’ll see in the upper section of your display.

6. Try to log into your BFantastic account.

How to turn Mobile Data on:

2. Tap Mobile Date 

3. Tap the Mobile Data toggle switch to enable data connection.

4. Try to log into your BFantastic account.
