I can’t log into Bfantastic.

If you are having trouble logging into Bfantastic, then please follow the steps described below in order to log in successfully.

Make sure that you are connected to the Internet:
Turn on the Location Services on your device:
For Android phones
(Samsung, HTC, Huawei, etc.)

If you get the screen shown below, then please follow the steps in order to enable the Location Services on your device.

1. Tap OK.

2. Tap ‘Allow’ on all pop-ups that show up.

Please try to log into Bfantastic one more time.

For iOS
(iPhone)

If you get the screen shown on the image below, then you simply need to enable the Location Services on your iPhone in order to log into Bfantastic. Here is how to do it:

1. Tap the white ‘Open Settings’ button.

2. Tap the ‘Location’ setting.

3. Tap ‘Always’ and make sure the little tick mark appears on the right.

Forgot your password or need other help?

If you get this message “Wrong e-mail or password. Please make sure you enter your e-mail and password correctly.” then it’s probably due to one of the following reasons:

– The email you are trying to log in with is not the correct one.
– You didn’t type in your email or password correctly.

If you need to have a password reset, tap the “Forgot your password or need other help” link to contact the office. Make sure to specify from where you are calling as shown on the image below.
