There might be several reasons why you can’t see your jobs for the day. Please read on and follow the steps described below in order to view your assigned jobs.
If you are offline, this means you don’t have access to the Internet. And that is why you can’t see your jobs for the day. If that is indeed the case, then you should see a purple notification at the bottom of your screen as shown on the picture below.
Please follow these steps to restore your connection to the Internet and view your jobs.
Each job is assigned to a Bfantastic account. If you are not logged into Bfantastic with the correct account, then you are unable to view your jobs. Please make sure that you are logged with the right email. To do so, tap on the menu and take a quick look.
In case you are using an iPhone, go to your Account and tap ‘Edit profile’ to check if are logged in with the correct email.
If this is indeed NOT the correct email, simply log out of the Bfantastic app and log in with the right one.
We are unable to assign new jobs to you if you do not send a report for your previous workday. If you are seeing the screen shown below, then please send your report so you can view your new jobs. Simply tap ‘OK’ and you will be taken to the ‘Report’ screen.
Tap on the ‘Report’ screen as shown on the image below, to specify the payments you have received in cash. In case the payments were made with a card, simply fill in ‘0’ and tap OK.
Once you’ve filled in the amount of money you’ve collected in cash for each job, tap ‘Send’ and we will receive your report. After that, you will be able to see your newly assigned jobs.
